Changes to any Campaigns after first broadcast or publication will result in additional charges, which will be disclosed to Advertiser in advance.
Advertiser shall pay all expenses connected with the delivery of the Campaign to Station. Advertiser shall have the right to change any Campaigns after submission, provided that it submits any such changes to Station no later than Station’s standard deadline (as designated by Station). When a work shift includes an equal number of consecutive hours in each of two (2) calendar days, that work shift shall be considered as falling on the first of the two (2) calendar days.ĭeadlines Advertiser will deliver to Station all applicable Advertising Content by Station’s standard deadline (as designated by Station), in a format suitable for display on the Station or on the applicable Digital Property(ies), as applicable, via a transmission method mutually agreed upon by the parties. Shift Work For purposes of this Article, when a work shift includes consecutive hours which fall in two (2) calendar days, that work shift shall be considered as falling on the calendar day in which the majority of hours in the shift fall. This is a non-exclusive Contract and the City reserves the right to acquire the material and/or services at its discretion, from other sources during the term of this Contract. The City reserves the right to cancel resultant Contract upon ten days written notice in the event the type and quality of the product or work performance is unsatisfactory or in default, subject to Contractor’s right to cure as outlined in termination clause. The Contractor shall not alter or vary any terms or conditions contained or incorporated herein, including but not limited to, the quantity, price, delivery date or date designated as After Receipt of Order (ARO) or date for commencement or completion of services as mutually agreed upon, unless such alteration or variation is consented to in writing by a duly authorized representative of the City. Work shall be completed within 30 days from the Notice to Proceed issued by the City of Sparks Purchasing Division. Time for Completion The Contractor shall deliver the material and/or services called for in the specifications/proposal and within the delivery time specified and in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, appliances and appurtenances for the Contract Work in strict conformity with this Contract, within the time-period prescribed by the City. Contractor shall perform the Contract Work pursuant to the terms of the Contract. ALL OTHER TERMS of the REPC, including all prior addenda and counteroffers, not modified by this ADDENDUM/COUNTEROFFER shall remain the same. CONTRACT DEADLINES. Contract Deadlines in Section 24 of the REPC may be modified in the event Buyer, Seller and the Third Parties reach a written agreement.
